		With over fifteen years experience in the Industrial Relations Industry and a degree from the University of Ottawa in Sociology, Barbara has been able to take this knowledge and experience and transform it into her own business, R 'n B Foods. Her honesty, professionalism, and enthusiasm for adventure along with her go get'em attitude make Ms. Rutherford a true visionary and leader.
		Roger Rutherford
		Sales & Marketing
		Roger has over twenty years experience in sales, marketing, and project management. A graduate from Algonquin College in Ottawa, his primary background has been in the sports, recreation, high tech, and heavy construction industries. His experience, professionalism, along with his zest for life, fun, friends and family are truly second to none. Roger brings a proven track record and logical thinking to the marketing and style of R 'n B Foods.
		Matthew Rutherford
		Honourary Executive Chef
		Matthew joined R 'n B Foods in November 2004. As part of the development team, Matthew's keen eye in the kitchen for pots and pans and a wonder for anything shiny have been a key part in the growth and ongoing operations of R 'n B Foods.
